“Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming . . . WOW – What a Wild Ride!”

About:
Piston’s Wild Motorsports Club was established in early February 2007 and was accepted into the Pacific Northwest 4-Wheel Drive Association- Region 3 shortly thereafter. At that time, Piston’s Wild Motorsports Club was just 3 members strong with lofty goals and impossible dreams. In 2010 that number climbed to 22 active family memberships and 7 new applicant members. With all the new support and growth, Piston’s Wild Motorsports Club soon saw their dreams and goals quickly becoming a reality.

Piston’s Wild isn’t just a regular off-roading club. Instead the group markets themselves as a “new breed” of club that is not just interested in 4x4s, dirt bikes, ATVs, or snowmobiles but instead is enthusiastic about all motorsports and tries to arrange a variety of well-rounded activities for members and guests.
Since its inception, Piston’s Wild Motorsports Club has worked closely with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources – Pacific Cascade Region, in regards to opening 4×4 trails in the Yacolt Burn Forest Area as well as improving the overall recreation experience for all motorized sports enthusiasts.
Crystal Crowder is the President and one of the three founding members of Piston’s Wild. She, her husband, and their two dogs enjoy the outdoors and work hard to protect land access and show others how to be good stewards of the land.
